The mounting bridge is designed to facilitate the positioning and alignment of the KUSTA hyperspectral cameras with respect to the PMAmsi illumination unit.

The mounting bridge is attached to the side mounting plates of the PMAmsi illumination unit via connecting bolts. Two height settings are available to ensure flexible adjustment of the camera’s Field of View (FOV).

The camera is installed on a specially designed positioning table, which is freely adjustable in three directions to enable precise alignment of the camera.

When using the complete package of illumination unit, mounting bridge and hyperspectral camera, the mounting and camera alignment to the desired FOV are already stablished before delivery. After delivery, the complete assembly can be easily integrated into the sorting unit. The installation is carried out via steel bolts with integrated damping (buffer), which are also included in the scope of delivery.
